All-Abilities Recreation & Play

Planned accessible indoor and outdoor recreation for children and individuals of all abilities — including an all-abilities playground, covered splash pad and shallow water play, in-ground trampoline room, sensory and movement spaces, and adaptive recreation where children can play alongside siblings, friends, and family.

Caregiver Wellness, Respite & Sibling Support

Planned caregiver wellness space, viewing areas, respite opportunities, sibling support, peer connection, and quiet decompression spaces — designed around the well-being of every member of the family, not just the child with a disability.

Equine & Animal-Based Programming

Planned equine therapy and inclusive animal-based programming designed to support movement, sensory regulation, confidence, and joyful participation for children and individuals of all abilities.

Children's Museum & Hands-On Learning

Planned interactive exhibits and hands-on learning spaces designed to spark curiosity and creativity in children of all abilities — a year-round destination for families, school field trips, and community enrichment.

Childcare, Education & Multipurpose Spaces

Planned year-round childcare, specialized educational opportunities for children with additional needs, and flexible multipurpose spaces for classes, workshops, conferences, field trips, parties, and community gatherings.
